Part of the value of joining Midas is the Midas advertising. Currently in excess of $3 million is spent Australia wide on advertising and promotional campaigns.

Midas communicates to the customer through main stream advertising such as radio, press and television, local promotional offers and has implemented a very effective direct mail campaign that delivers strong sales results.

All advertising is monitored and reviewed to achieve sales results with cost efficiency.

Communications

Midas franchisees have an input in the direction of the network through national and state Franchise Advisory Councils and regular state and national meetings.

The Communication Charter clearly identifies the commitment of the organisation to have an open and honest working relationship; 'the franchisees and Midas work together in an open environment, as a partnership founded on common goals and mutual trust.'

These meetings exist to strengthen communications throughout the Midas Australia franchise network with the aim of improving the opportunity for success of all parties in the program.

The meetings also serve as an opportunity to discuss initiatives. Also most franchisees are in regular contact building a strong mutual support structure.
