Getting Started

There are nine key steps on the road to becoming a successful Midas franchise owner:

  • Following an initial enquiry, we will send you a franchise pack in the mail. You then complete and return the attached application form.
  • We then have an initial meeting or interview where we get to know each other. Together we can discuss your needs and take you through our franchise checklist in which we also consider some financial information.
  • After this, we conduct a formal interview where we provide a full overview of the Midas franchise program, and discuss your expectations - and ours.
  • We’ll work with you to develop a comprehensive business plan and projections. We can also put you in contact with independent advisers should you need assistance with finance or other areas.
  • Following this, we will issue you with the formal documentation. This includes a disclosure and draft franchise agreement. You’ll have a 14-day cooling off period during which you seek independent legal and accounting advice.
  • Following the cooling off period, your franchise agreement is signed, and fees are paid.
  • You’ll experience our comprehensive training program that covers every aspect of operating a successful franchise. We can arrange for you to spend some time in a store before taking over the reigns to allow you to familiarise yourself with our operations.
  • You’ll have everything you need to be successful and can start operating your business!
  • To keep things running smoothly you’ll have ongoing support available at every step.
