Big thank you to Brad and the team at Midas Bass Hill. Had mechanical and some suspension work urgently needed on my Subaru Forester and Brad was right on it. Calling me when he needed and was transparent the who way through which gave me a great level of comfort. The boys here are the best in the area if not all of sydney. Lee, Brad and the boys never fail to do a top job for the little amount they get in return. Lee from Midas Bass Hill was the best! I dropped by 10 minutes before their closing time, without an appointment, and he still had a look at my car, and did a diagnostic test and then fixed the issue. If I was in Sydney, I’d definitely make him the man, for all my cars! Thank you to Lee from Midas, you were exceptional!

Best in the area. Lee does an amazing job. Very friendly customer service. As a woman, I find it hard to deal with some mechanics, but this one was an exception. Thank you for fixing my tyre even though it was almost closing time. Could pick up my children ON TIME from day care as my tyre went flat on the way, so thank you very very much!

I had a flat tyre late this afternoon and drove into Midas Bass Hill thinking they’d send me away because it was close to closing time however I was totally wrong! Brad came out and immediately changed my tyre and checked the pressure. I was literally back on the road within 10 minutes. I never write reviews but these guys definitely deserve the shout out! Thank you so much Brad! Amazing service and no hesitation to recommend them! Thanks again!

Excellent and Genuine Staff working their, my partner has been to the place for wheel alignments, pink slip and they have done a good job. Just this morning I brought our newly bought 2nd hand vehicle for wheel alignment, Lee took it for a test drive, then ask me to hop in to show me that everything is good and it's not really needed, we can check again in couple of months they didn't charge me for this and even check my tyre pressure.Hard to find good mechanics like them will definitely come back.

As a woman I get really intimidated getting my car serviced. I have been here twice for a pink slip and to check my tryes. The lovely gentleman this morning didn't charge me to put air in my tryes and checked all my tryes. Very friendly and professional service. Highly recommend. Thanks again😊
