I had to get roadside assistance when my car broke down on the way home. Roadside recommended Midas Haberfield and assisted me in getting my car there to leave overnight. When I called the next morning to check in on my car (which I had left overnight and would have been a surprise for them to find the next morning), Mitchell told me his team were already checking out the car and he would be back in touch with an update and options / quote shortly. I was so relieved to hear Mitchell and his team were onto it so quickly. I picked up the car that afternoon and was extremely impressed with their customer service and the job done. I can understand why Midas Haberfield receive such great reviews and praise online!

I have been to many mechanics but never experienced anything better than this one. Mitchel is professional and very fair on pricing and advice. I have been quoted by mobile inspectors about some grease on the ball joint and advised to change. The car has only done 48000km. I popped in at Midas and without any waiting time, Mitchel put the car up and examined and advised no change is required as it is in good working condition. I was already under the impression it needs to be replaced and got quote from Mitchel. He could just charge me and get it replaced but instead, he advised the fair and correct suggestion! Really appreciated the service here! Highly recommended!!!!

Looked after by Mitchell. Great service, only downside (for me) tricky entrance off P'matta road. If you bring in a bigger car just take it easy driving in. Otherwise service is great. Mitchell provided some great advice as well.

I've been using Midas Haberfield for a number of years and the customised service I always receive from Mitchell is why I keep coming back. For someone like me who has very little knowledge about cars, Mitchell takes the time to explain to me what is wrong and how it will be fixed in a way that doesn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing.Most recently was for what I thought was an issue with my tensioner/tensioner belt making a horrible squeaking noise.Mitchell was quick to identify the problem was not with the tensioner but with the alternator.The issue was quickly resolved and the repair cost was very reasonable.Thank you to Mitchell and the rest of the team at Midas Haberfield for all your help! I would not trust anyone else to look after my car needs!
