I’ve been going to Midas Peakhurst for over 10 years, and I honestly can’t fault them. It’s a proper family business, and you can genuinely tell they care. John and Colleen (the owners) are absolute legends, always friendly, honest, and easy to deal with. John’s communication is unreal. He calls during the service and runs you through what needs to be done before he does anything, so you’re never left guessing. That level of honesty and clarity is hard to find. I’ve also taken my wife’s new car there to get serviced, along with my kids’ cars. They do quality work, explain things clearly, and I never feel like I’m being upsold. I’d definitely recommend Midas Peakhurst to anyone looking for reliable service and good people.
