I have been very happy with the service offered at Midas North Fremantle. They are thorough and get back to you prior to starting anything and also advise the cost of the work. I am thinking of updating my vehicle in the next 12 months and Steve said to get back to him with my vehicle choices. He’ll run through average servicing costs, reliability etc so I can then make a reasoned decision on which vehicle I buy. Great service from a local business.

Very kind both on the phone and in person. Fit me in, even though they were full and super busy just after Christmas, seemed eager to please and really surprised me with a generous workload to do the repairs - what a find Midas are ! definitely will return

Excellent service, honestly a it’s always been reliable and decent team at north freo. I haven been using them for years across a variety of vehicles across economic conditions good and bad and their service has always remained valuable without surprise and fair value.

Called about getting a radiator done on short notice. The bloke squeezed me in for a same day job despite originally having no availablity for a week. If that's not service I don't know what is. Reasonably priced aswell. Top guys

I was driving through Freo today and I had the rear windows down but couldn't wind them back up.Because of the impending rain I dropped into Midas Automotive to see if they could help me out in an emergency in case it started to bucket down.The young man behind the counter was very helpful and was gracious enough to give me his time away from stock taking.He changed out the power windows cluster (I had a spare) and fuse and the windows still didn't work.He done the best he could and I can not recommend him enough for customer service and his helpful nature.He recommended me to an Auto Sparkie in Myaree to see what they could do.This was all on short notice and because I had urgent business to do and didn't get his name.Damn this COVID 19 because I still would've like to of shaken his hand.If it were possible to give 20 stars I would.

I have always found the team at Fremantle Midas always reasuring, professional and friendly. I feel assured that my older car is being properly taken care of.Steve explains what and when maintainance is timely required.I am very happy with this service, whereas in the past, I usually had a feeling of trepidation when talking my car into service, because I couldn't trust some mechanics had my cars needs ...needs at heart.ThankyouPatsy Booker

Nothing is a problem for Steve and his team.Steve keeps us informed when performing work on our cars. They are Incredibly through, our cars return clean, Steve discusses any variation or concerns he has noticed, when this work needs to be attended to, including cost, Steve doesn't commence any extra work without informing you and getting your concent. I recommend Steve and his team highly.Michele

Had a major problem with my car today and drove straight to Midas Fremantle. The owner was fantastic in fitting me in. After saying I would have to wait for a part and have no car for the weekend he managed to make a part (that will last longer than the car) and had me back on the road within 1.5 hours. Life saver, best service, friendly staff and excellent value.

I have always avoided and felt nervous of franchise mechanical repair places until now being a regular client at Midas North Fremantle. For me they have the old fashioned service of an established local mechanic behind a worldwide company badge. The owner and head mechanic having worked for Mercedes has always provided excellent service to my own benz and his customer service skills are exemplary. Even now I live in Como still have all done at Midas North Fremantle....👍👍🙏🙏

My right indicator kept cutting out, so took it in on the off chance they knew what it was and to see when they could fit me in to fix it.The lad checked over it there and then and new what it was straight away. He said he could have the new part delivered and fitted within the hour, I went for a coffee came back and it was done - they didn't charge me the earth either.The lad also noticed my oil light was coming on, so checked it and topped it up at no extra charge. I'll definitely go back there again, great service.

I Went in for a general service which was very reasonably priced. I hadn't given much notice but he managed to get it done that day within a few hours. Nothing major needed doing a couple of new tyres (which I knew were on the way out anyway) Steven ordered them in and had them fitted a couple days later. Excellent service, great prices and would defiantly recommend.Kelly
