I had a situation in life where my car was overdue for its service, and I didn't have money.MIDAS HAVE AFTERPAY!!!!!Forever thankful for that 😂😂😂Either way, the service and whole experience was very VERY professional. The team were on time, efficient,Communicated with me, they were just all around great.I dropped my car off at 830, picked it up 130. And it event came in CHEAPER than what I was initially quoted, so that always a plus.I've been to other Midas centres before, and look, it wasn't the best experience. So, I was bit reluctant to do it again, but it's changed my perception, the team here are A+!!!Will be going back!Thanks team for the efficient service and professional attitudes!!

Great personal service, helpful, always good advice, value adding, and value for money.But, the applause must go to Jack:what a great communicator - articulate, steady, confident, listens, reassures.If Midas was recruiting a top line reception manager they couldn't get better BUT with the knowledge too! What a skill set.

I called in to see the guys at Midas today as the car was smelling a bit hot. I didn’t have an appointment but the team were so helpful and helped me out straight away. They troubleshot a few problems and gave the car a checkout as well as me some tips to lookout for if the problem continued. Really great service from a team that genuinely care! Thanks guys 💯

Very Happy!These guys are always on time and so accommodating, and have really helped me out with my brakes that were WAY overdue for replacement. No issues whatsoever and they're communication was efficient and clear. Will definitely use them in future!

Great service the whole way through. Kept me up to date and informed of work and pricing. Even fixed my air conditioning which I didn't know that they offered that service. Felt like pricing was good and wasn't being ripped off.Will be back for my next service, that's for sure.

Im extremely happy!!! with worx done to my xr6 turbo ,, they even found a long time problem with a tiny leak in my powersteering that has been stressing me for ages i cant say enough good things about these guys !!!!😎😎😎who went above and beyond! And a nice bunch of guys too, soo !much! extra effort put inn! to every aspect of my service ill be seeing these guys from now onn! The car drives like an absolute diamond now! Cheers guys 🙂🙂😎

My car battery failed while I was driving and I needed to wait for it to be towed. Jack and the team were fantastic, they took the car in straight away and it was fixed within 2 hours. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing Team, Great Customer Service and Time Efficient Appointments. I visit Midas to have my car serviced and recently fix a small repair - I was in and out of there in less than 40 minutes. To try and make a rather long story short; Jack was extremely helpful and understanding with his advice when I took my old car in for an assessment and subsequently the replacement car I had purchased shortly afterwards, which turned out to have many problems, half of which would make it unroadworthy. He was upfront about everything, took all my calls as I sorted everything out and really helped me dodge a bullet with professionalism.Also separate to my experience, I saw first hand a situation which could only be described as Jack going above and beyond for the sake of customer service.I would recommend Midas Indooroopilly and have done so already to anyone looking for a quality mechanic you can rely on.

Amazing customer service and great professionalism to build rapport with me. They really looked after me when my car broke down and had to quickly get it repaired somewhere, getting it fixed as quickly as possible and keeping me informed. Absolute professional and willing to help individuals there. I called up on a busy day regarding my issue, Jack (I believe was his name) told me to come in ASAP and he’ll have a look at it. He diagnosed my car, I had a good chat with him, and we found a good pathway to fix my issue – all within 20min. Super professional, extremely friendly. They do not have the classic “we want your money” approach but rather just genuine willing to help attitude with a care for cars and a care for their customers. Would recommend to anyone else.

The week before Christmas my radiator woke up and chose violence. The casing cracked and the coolant leaked everywhere, leaving me stranded in Brissie - I usually reside in another city.In a time of distress I really needed a Christmas miracle and that's exactly what I got - the team at Midas Indooroopilly were able to make an emergency repair on my car and replaced the radiator for me in a matter of hours and for a discounted price due to it being the holiday season. They treated me really well and I'm eternally grateful to them for squeezing my radiator fix into their (busy no doubt) schedule for a stress free, same day repair.Again, thank you to the boys at Midas Indooroopilly!

Would definitely recommend these guys! I took my car in for a general service and they fixed everything that needed doing very quickly. My car feels a lot better driving. Amazing customer service and professionalism. Jack was great with communication and the team taking care of my car. They even vacuumed and tidied up after the service. I will definitely be back. Turned up with no appointment to see if they could get a screw out of one of my tyres. The had it done quickly and only charged me $42!! Can't be upset about that. Staff were professional and cordial too. Would recommend.
