Midas – Refer a Friend program
Terms and Conditions

1) The “Refer a friend” program (“Program”) will be available from 12:00AM on 1st December 2022 AEDT to 11:59PM on 30th November 2023 AEDT.
2) You and the referred customer/s agree by participating in the program that the program terms and conditions are in addition to any agreements between program participants and Midas including Midas’s Privacy Policy.
3) The promotion is for online bookings only and must be redeemed within 6 months of receipt of the promotional email.
4) The Midas customer that receives the promotional email is entitled to $25 off their next service as per conditions in clause 3.
5) The Midas customer can only redeem the voucher when booking a service online. They enter the code in the Promotional Code section of the online booking form.
6) The recipient of the “Refer a Friend” (‘Referred Customer’) forwarded $25 off voucher, must not be an existing Midas customer.
7) The Referred Customer can only redeem the voucher when booking a service online. They enter the code in the Promotional Code section of the online booking form.
8) The promotional discount for this program can be used only once by the recipient.
9) The promotional discount from this program will apply to the total purchase value as displayed by the Midas Service Centre (including tax) to reduce the value of the invoice for the promotion code recipient.
10) Any promotional discount amount is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other credit and may not be resold or applied to any previously completed services.
11) Any promotional discount amount may not be used in conjunction with any other Midas promotion.
12) After the promotional discount amount is used, there will be no more invoice discounts for subsequent Midas purchases.
13) Referrals are made only to your direct friends, acquaintances or family and any unique program link is not published by you in any public place, whether online or otherwise, which could reasonably be seen by any person who is not your direct friend, acquaintance or family in Midas’s sole discretion. Any referrals must also comply with these program terms and Referred Customer must be always eligible for the program.
14) For the avoidance of doubt, you may not refer yourself to also be the Referred Customer (e.g., by using separate email addresses for the Midas accounts).
15) Midas reserves the right to validate the eligibility of any Referred Customer with respect to whether they are a new customer or as otherwise deemed necessary and may determine any Referred Customer to be ineligible in its sole discretion.
16) Midas reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without prior notice to you.
17) If you or the Referred Customer breach any of these program terms, you will not be eligible for any promotional discount amount under this program.
18) For the avoidance of doubt, any reference to ‘$’ or ‘dollars’ refers to Australian dollars.
