Burson Auto Parts (Bapcor) aquires the Automotive Brands Group and Midas Australia continues to be strengthened by being a part of ABG which includes other major brands like Autobarn, AutoPro, ABS Auto and Opposite Lock.

Metcash Automotive, a subsidiary of Metcash Limited acquires Midas Australia.
