First class customer service by owner Scott. He is down to earth, respectful, honest, and people focused. Had my car serviced here twice and was not pressured into non-urgent repairs, everything was perfect. Will definitely return in future.

I had taken my car to mycare , they told me $3000 worth of problems I had to fix,I did not believe them so I took it to Midas over half the problems mycare told me didn’t even need to be fixed ,everything was fixed for under $900 the car is running perfect now, I feel like the boys were being honest to me.great job😀

Excellent customer service and very friendly.Very experienced professional and reliable and help you as much as they are able to especially with working with your budget to see if you want to fix specifics in the car.You actually get to make the call according to priority regarding how much you think you can afford at the time and you can always come back next time to do the rest of it when you're ready and they are absolutely fine with that.A massive thank you to especially Scottie, Paul and Rachel. Scott and the team at Midas Werribee have always looked after me and my partner. They consistently have gone above and beyond to help us with our cars, even after being ripped off by a used car dealership. They always treat their customers well and with respect, which my girlfriend commented on after being spoken down to at other service centres because she is a female. They continually provide fair and competitive prices, and the work they do is always of an excellent standard. We always highly recommend this place to everyone, and will continue to come back. Really big thanks to Scott and Paul in particular!

Highly recommend the team at Midas. Very professional. Went over the whole car, diagnosed a few problems and let me prioritise within my budget what I needed to get fixed first. Great service. Let me just start with I usually don’t attend here as it not close to Manorlakes. But seeing it was close to my work location I gave them a go, and I’m so happy I did, I will most definitely continue with them now because they are Very professional, treated like a customer not a number or income,I had a safety check completed was very impressed on how thorough they were.Extremely helpful , made an appointment for me at a transmission place, can’t fault them !Highly recommendedThanks guys Nik

I was very impressed with the high level of customer service and professionalism at Midas Werribee Service Centre when I took my car to be serviced yesterday. I normally dread this kind of exercise but I was so pleased with the Customer Service and professional skills and advice provided it became a painless exercise all round. I was particularly appreciative with their efforts to source spare parts for my vehicle at the most competitive terms. I will certainly use their services again in the future and can recommend to other car owners to consider doing likewise.

Midas were absolutely amazing! Having had my car stolen in December. They were onto checking that everything was okay with my car, they sympathized with me and even provided some chocolates because i'd been through such an ordeal. I highly recommend Midas. It's hard to find a good mechanic these days and we've just found one. Absolutely wonderful place to get a good service! Thank you.

I booked my car in 3 days in advance to get new tyres and although there was a minor hiccup with getting the tyres I originally wanted cause they never got ordered, I was compensated with different and much better quality tyres that I am extremely happy with! Good quality and very helpful service from the team there and personally took the time to help me pick out the perfect tyres for my car! A grade service and highly recommend

I've taken my car to Midas Werribee twice after they were recommended to me. I'll only be using them from now on because Carmel, Paul and their team are really helpful and have made repairs so manageable, while not pushing me to get unnecessary (and expensive) work done! I'm relieved to have a friendly and trustworthy mechanic as this has been hard to find! Thanks guys! :)

Such friendly & professional service! I wish I’d found Midas werribee years ago! I was quoted almost $3000, ended up paying just over $2500! What I thought would be a huge job (2-3days) ended up being done in half a day! Scott went above & beyond for us, and I couldn’t be any happier! Best in the biz! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👌🏽👌🏽
