Had my air-conditioner regased. They appeared to be very busy. Had to call to see if they finished the job, I would have appreciated it if they had called me to tell me the car was ready to pick up. Staff at the front desk were courteous and price was reasonable.

It was the week before Christmas when my car decided to stress me out, oil in the coolant. Scotty and his team were recommended highly by my friend and so I took a chance and booked in. The common thing I have read here is the empathy you show when people are going through it, I had my issue resolved within a few hours and I was really happy with the outcome. The car was running smoother, and you gave me the peace of mind that I can reach out if there is any issue over the Holiday period. With a lot of driving required over the next few weeks, you have no idea how much I needed this peace of mind.

After reading mixed reviews, I was reluctant to take my vehicle to Midas. I spoke to Paul, the lead mechanic, and although his attitude wasn't the best, he fixed the DSC fault issue on my Ford Territory. This error had been occurring for over 12 months and constantly went into limp mode. Even Westpoint Ford couldn't fix it after many attempts. I'm pretty happy with Midas and will return.

My car showed up that engine oil is low, I called Scott at Midas and he said I can come in anytime. I drove right away and oil was topped up in 5 mins and Scott did not charge me anything. He just asked me to go and it's fine. It's not about money but the quick timely help and generosity proves how honest is the team at Midas. Pros:
- Open late
- Give bookings on short notice
- Reasonably priced compared to dealerships
- Don't try to shove unnecessary repairs like most service centres do
- Cute dog at reception

Cons:
- Went a little over time than they estimated but then again they have a cute dog at the reception to keep you occupied.

Scott and his team are absolutely wonderful
From the 10/10 service over the phone, to the speed of booking you in, the efficiency in getting you in and out as quick as they can, even when busy, they really do go above and beyond

The mechanical work and great prices aside - the customer rapport building is top notch and you can tell they really care for their customers - that's why they've now met my whole family, because I'll refer them again and again

Good quick service for front brakes. Did the machining for the brakes which was still doable when a dealership quoted to replace the full set. Made a 500 $ difference for this service vs the dealership
