We called Saturday morning to do a pink slip urgently, because we realized our rego was going to run out, and we had planned to leave to Melbourne. Not only did they accept to see us, but their approach was very professional, and client-friendly. So much so that we also serviced our car there. They did everything to accommodate us, and were very informative. We will go back.

Have had services here without issue for a couple of years but a recent event casts a shadow and has destroyed trust.Car needed a new battery. The old battery was apparently replaced but with the new battery, the car refused to start. The new new replacement only several days later works fine.

Had a great customer experience with Midas Concord. I took my car in to initially change 2 tyres but asked if they could do some work that Sutton's in Homebush highlighted that needed done to pass the pink slip. It turned out they could do work for less than 50% of the price & on the same day. Overall great customer service and price. Thank you.

Just took my car here for a service and was happy with how it turned out. My car was long overdue for replacement parts and they took the time to explain and show this as well. Great customer service by Mansoor, top bloke. You can tell they put in the effort to take care of the customers here.

Had my brakes replaced approx 30 days ago on my Audi. I am very satisfied with the service and the genuine interest and care Midas Concord showed me. The parts were hard to get, and I was kept informed throughout the process with regular updates and it was done for a fair price and quickly. Highly recommended for anyone who cares about their vehicle to take it to Midas Concord for the Midas touch. Thanks again, five stars 👍

Excellent, friendly service! I have been to Midas Concord 3 times over the last 6 months for a service, pink slip and headlight change. Each and every time they have been very helpful and really friendly. Even when they have been obviously flat out with work, they still do everything they can to do what you need done. Overall great experience from reception through to the manager and mechanics!!!
